set up a table

i see hunger modifier percent going up and down and i cant understand what influences it,maybe you guys know
also there is a slight change to get a food event bonus but i dont know when that one appears
any advices to how to set a table and feast,any tricks?

The idea is that the lower the hunger modifier is, the more you can eat so you can gain more FEP per sitting. You want a very low hunger modifier. Certain decorative like Drinking Horns give a bonus to FEP gained. Check the wiki for more details.
