Claim Priority

I havent been able to test or figure this one out. so here i go.

If i have a village claim and then someone wants to setup a Personal claim over a sport in village claim, lets say he is from another village. I would have to first invite him into the village so he can do that. Lets say he places his claim down, but the question is then if he leaves the village is he allowed "full" access on the personal claim of his within the village? Or does the village claim take piroirty and deny him all acess to his full acess person claim.

With the annoying exception, of logging in. Even on your personal claim, if there's a village claim where you log out, then you will have to go to hearthfire next login.
