Go full tradition and off your character(commit suicide probably easiest done by going swimming or pissing off some guy with a sword.). When you make a new char re-inherit his skills plx.

Go to the item shop and buy a skill and stat reset coupon.

That's only 75% and in the time it would take to do that, you could just make a new character and get everything back and then some.
