Yes, orverstuffed> Full> Hungry> Very hungry> Starving, While starving you will start to lose HHP, the more "starved" you are the more HHP you lose, and faster, so bi hiting starving you wont die, by leaving it for some time you will.

You used to be able to avoid dying because a gauze healed your hp faster than the hunger took it away, but one day they fixed that. I've heard stories :lol:
