Large stones and decay

One quick question;
Do Large Stones ever decay/disappear? Like, can I use them as a fence (just for decorating, lol.)? :>

Large stones do not decay unfortunately. They can be used up, however. 100 times if the wiki is correct.

yeah you can use them for deco seen lots of people do it

Turn them into runestones and THEN decorate, lol

And you can tell a tale right on your fence
