Animal attack damage. (boar of course)

Postby mvgulik » Tue Aug 10, 2010 11:41 am

I got jumped by a boar while working in the forest. (again ;) )

In this case It only hit me one's, but it looked like a real nasty hit. Trough my character right of its feed (and behind my inventory. so I'm not to sure my character was also out cold.)
In this case I disco'ed out of the game. (logout)(getting a alt to lure the boar away from the crime scene.)

When I got back to my initial character. I noticed that all protected items where gone. All of them. From shoes(first to go if I'm correct) ... Armer ... to Bear-cape.

The question.
Did I loose them all just because that single attack consumed them all. (assuming really nasty and mean boar and to some extents older/used protection items.)
Or might the fact's that
1) I was hit in the back. (makes some sense thats you sustain more damage this way. Or less protection from some of your cloth items.)
2) logged off almost directly after the hit. (could be, just considering the possibility.)
have something to do with it to.

Thanks.
(Nasty animals those boar's ... :) )

I assume it was not first time you got knocked by a boar and you do not remember what was th HP of your armor pieces. It has some HPs as you have and also have some AC\HC numbers. If your HC number was higher then actual HPs of all the stuff, then this is why it was destroyed.

HC is my naming only to differ the numbers, no official name. I was thinking like ArmorClass\HitpointClass :)
