WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH THEM?!

Can some loftar tell me how they are supposed to work, I can't get any wax out of them, the honey Q keeps going down, even if my crops Q keeps going up.

I need some intel on those mothafuckas.

Good observation. (might harbor a additional clue, as 2 of them are not very old.)

They are pretty much completely broken wrt wax and quality.

Some things you can try but which have no guarantee of actually helping:

Rebuild your hives.
Make sure your hives don't overlap.
Pray.

Hey Turtle.

You'll see in the thread that I created, deliberately new, I bumped it in its fuck you, trying the sqeeky wheel approach. Didn't work either. I have decided, for myself, that the dev's don't know how they work either. (We all, ofc, know how they are supposed to work).

Since this is in the "How do I " section the short answer is: you/they don't.
The one thing about beehives that is not broken :o is that they positively influence the rate of crop growth.
