Fix for botched terraforming?

I did some stone laying but a few tiles ended up misaligned, leaving small gaps and messing up the layout of the rest of the property. Is there a way to remove a tile of stonework so that it can be corrected?

You can plant grass over paved stone. If you want it turned into forest terrain, you'll need to plant trees nearby.
