I need some quality 30+ seeds and plant fibres, but i always get around the 6-13 quality seeds and plant fibres. Is there a way to make the Q of the seeds and plant fibres? What thing do i have to +?

you need a higher farming skill to get higher q seeds when you harvest. you also need to only plant the best seeds to raise the crop's quality.
