When I choose my character, and choose one of the options, It shows the loading screen with the bottom box up and a random assortment of hotkeys loaded, and I never can get on. Is this because of all the hotkeys, or me wearing so much equipment?

This is because the client hasn't finished loading all the assets it needs to display your environment.

Give it some time.

I have been waiting for 2 hours now, and it still hasen't worked, yet, on my alts they log on in a couple seconds. Their on the same account and the same area, I'm going to delete my hotkeys just to be sure this won't persist.
