I 'assume' that they wouldn't be able to attack unless they get at least 2IP, which means that by then you should have 2, at first you can use Jump or something (slow, but it'll do) at 6 you can just flex, flex+oak stance might be able to beat out a few people, alternative you can probably DoG to get the 6IP before them, you'd be getting 1IP (at least) for each of theirs, and if you have more UA you can get a lot more than that.
In fact since it's Delta and in maneuvers Delta is: sqrt(BW / AW)
So let's say you have 600 UA because you're a prepared soldier, and you're going against people with the average 'oh hey just in case ua matters!' 100 UA guys...
You'd get 2~3 points for every point they get
