Brotopia?

Hiya! A few of you might now me from that other thread. Anyway, I went out and built myself a fancy Rowboat. Now, I sailed down the river near Hedgetopia, only to find an ENOURMOUS CITY right next door! (I couldn't of walked, it was on the other shore.) To my investigation of runestones, it was called Brotopia.

Anyway, is this settlement still active? Anyone still alive? Are they friendly? Will they give me food before I starve to death?

If u are searching food:

1. If you don't have hunting, raid ant hills, if you don't have hunting, the ants won't attack back, and most of the times you will get food when the raiding is done.

2. If you have hunting, hunt for rabbits and chickens.

3. If you have a boat, sail and look around. Most people kill things from a boat with a sling and leave them un-skinned and un-butchered.

4. ???

5. Profit.

I find that with 6 points in exploration and foraging, finding enough plants to keep me full is fairly easy. Also as the guy above me said hunt rabbits, then watch as you will soon have more food then you can eat!
If you are really desperate grab some rats then cook them into rat on a stick, but this can be dangerous in the long run.

As for the town, I have never heard of it. If you think it is still active and friendly you could leave a rune-stone for them.

Bro topia was D1G's old village. if you head bout 2 or 3 days west of that you'll find an abanded claim with a coppermine(my old hermit place)

I went past Brotopia about 1 or 2 weeks ago while searching for a mine. Met people there, so it wasn't inactive at that point.

Well, in regards to my food problems, I found a decaying old basket far up the river containing some seeds, and with my new boat I can fish.
