How do I get rid of the combat boxes?

Postby PoisonedV » Fri Jul 24, 2009 9:20 am

After I fight an animal but fail to kill them, the combat boxes at the top right seem to remain there forever. How do I get rid of them?

Kill them, obviously, or go inside a cabin or mine.

alternatively if you click the little crossed sword button by them, you unhostile the creature, and when neither of you are hostileing each other, they dissapear [animals un-hostile you after a decent length of time. like 20 minutes or something]

Animals never de-hostile you, they disappear after ~20 minutes of nobody being around them.
You see a masterful engraving by Blaze. On it is Blaze, bears, boars, and foxes. Blaze is striking down the bears. The boars are screaming. The foxes are in a fetal position. The image relates to the return of Blaze in the late winter of 2009.

They sometimes don't disappear unless/until you dehostile them, no matter how long you wait.
