I want to join a village, but at my camp I have a village claim, and I dont want to lose opurnity to use croosroads [;

So if my alt would become to new lawspeaker ( do he need any kind of skills to do this ? ) the personal claim would be more important that the village one ? Could I may stil do everything in my camp without criminal acts turned on ?
