How to turn off music on mac?

I like to watch videos while my character is fishing. Problem is, not only can i not focus on the video while my character is fishing, i can't stand the fishing theme. Any help?

How can i get rid of the music?

Ctrl+O opens the options window and there is a checkbox for disabling the music. Remember to click slightly above it due to crappy hitbox.
