... tell where am I?

Postby Ununnilium » Mon Sep 06, 2010 8:38 pm

Is there any way? I started few weeks ago, settled down and lived happilly without ever seeing anyone. But Im starting to feel lonely.
I have scouted the land of course, but only found few dead villages and rotting houses. So, is there any way to find out where am I? How to get to Constantinople or any other big city? Am I lost till I find something on my own?
I can post some screenshots of dead villages and runestones if needed so anyone can maybe recognize them.

Umm i got same problem. Xweetok helped me and took under his wings haha :D
Solution is- search (not very good thing to do) or make a new char and use hearth code to join somebody ^^ if you want you can join us in our small village ^^ there are some free houses :D

Your best bet is to map your region and perhaps a few regions around you and compare that to the 'Map The World' project. viewtopic.php?f=7&t=5969

Otherwise you'll need to find larger village claims for us to help identify your region and location. There is no other way to discern your location (unless you're on the edges of the map, then it's obvious when you can't travel any further!) because there are no significant landmarks that are universally recognized and locally positioned.
