Arrow Quality

I was wondering how to make arrow quality go up since i hear it softcaps your IEMM. What affects it ? dex survival carpentry etc.

Survival softcaps it, i recommend you use the wiki before the forum.

I read the wiki but i was told by a villager that things like DEX AGL STR and carpentry affect aswell.

You've bee lied to, carpentry, str, dex, and agility do nothing to bone quality. Survival and materials used are all that matter.
