You'll need to have bought the lumberjacking and carpentry skill to make Clogs. Then it'll be under Craft > Clogs
Alternatively, you can make leather boots or bunny slippers but you'll need Hunting, Animal Husbandry, and Leatherworking to get those. Pick up rabbits, wring their necks, then dry their skins. Then you can either tan them into leather or just turn two skins into a pair of slippers.

Clogs break very easily, as do low quality leather boots. However, bunnyslippers never break so thorns will be a thing of the past!

To make a fishing pole you'll need Foraging, Fishing, and Hunting. Get a bone from a rabbit, gather two sticks, and find a spindly taproot to make a Bone hook, a fishing pole, and then combine them all together to make a working fishing pole. Then add bait, usually either a rock lobster, wood fish, or earth worm (Found by digging on forest terrain) and find a zone in the water with fish jumping around and start fishing there.

There you have it, shoes and a fishing pole!
