How to uninstall game?

uninstallation of the java not helping( game not deleting.). and i even dont know where the game is located

Go to Control Panel -> Java, and clear out your Java cache.

The closest you can get to "installing" the client is using the JNLP file at http://www.havenandhearth.com/java/haven.jnlp. I don't know what it does on OSX, but on Windows it puts an entry in the start menu, and on Gnome it creates a desktop shortcut to the client.
