What skills are needed to make slings and bows?

I could not find this in the Wiki, and my experimentation has only confused me.
Sewing is one thing that seems to matter for making slings, but what about wooden bows (carpentry?) and ranger bows (metal working)?
Any input is appreciated.

Survival for slings and marksmanship for bows. At least that is how I remember it.

Do note you need psy as well for ranger bows.
