I cant seem to run!(or even walk)

sorry im very new at this game, but i need help

my stamina is always in the 90s yet i am unable to toggle run or even walk.

im located in grass land and i cant run and always stay to a crawl. its very unnerving.

You're overstuffed. Lose some stamina to get hungrier, hand ploughing works well.
