Slider "Nature\Industry" is in the middle but I can't dig the clay. Wrote 18 LP and nothing more.

This means there is no "Q" Clay spot at your area or rather the Q has dropped below 10 (base) which then you will be unable to dig anymore clay in that area. Most deserts are Base q10 which usualyl only yeld 1 clay q10 then nothing.

No way to raise the Q of the clay. (Beyond its Max Q)

Daily the clay in the area will regen alittle Q at a time up to its Max Q. If you find that after a day or two, u can only dig 1 q10 clay before u get nothing, it just means that area has "no clay" as what I call it as 1 dig is all it took to deplete its supply.

Try to find an area where you can dig higher than q10 clay, this means you are close to a Clay spot , keep digging every few steps till you find the "center" of Highest Q clay in the area.
