How do I decrease travel weariness?

Postby Flareboy323 » Sat Oct 02, 2010 4:20 am

My travel weariness is almost at its max and I was wondering how I decrease it. I'm hoping its not bad, but can anyone help?

It would be great, thanks :)

first of all, travel weariness doesn't matter unless you have somewhere to teleport to other than your hearthfire. hearthfire teleports use tw but you can keep using them even with full tw.

to reduce tw, smoke tobacco, drink beer or wine, or sleep in a bed when you log out.

Booze makes you less sleepy, tidier, and better able to construct small, fiddly objects!

It is a magical thing, booze.

The slow way is to sleep in a bed. The amount decreased depends on both the type of bed and the quality of the materials you use to build. from lowest to highest speed of reduction: bough bed, straw bed, sturdy bed.

The fast way is the drink beer or wine. Wine is simply to produce though both of them has a process that needs to be fermented in a barrel. Keep in mind to take wine out of barrels or it will age into vinegar. Keep in mind that you need winemaking to even use grapes, including planting.

The medium speed way is to grow tobacco, dry them in herbalist tables, grind them into powder, and smoke them with a pipe.

If you keep focusing on the shadow behind, you will not see the light in front of you.

I was wondering why my travel weariness was not decreasing.
I was sleeping in beds to reduce my travel weariness but logging in by going to my hearthfire.
This did not result in my travel weariness reducing, even when my bed was right next to my hearthfire.
I did not notice this connection - I assumed my beds were just such low quality that it was reducing insignificantly.
However, when I started logging in by going to my logged out location I noticed my travel weariness decreasing if I had logged out by sleeping.
Would have been negligent of me not to mention it.

Ooh ok thanks :) I'll make sure that whenever sleeping I just go to where I logged out, not to my hearth fire.

Thanks!
