easier range kill?

which should be easier for a noob to hit with a sling from a boat, a boar or a fox?

Seems to me a fox has more agi, also, it runs faster than a boar, making it harder to kill from a boat.

fox: trap it with signs, shoot
boar: shoot from boat until it runs, chase it and punch it to death

Thats not really an argument why it should be harder to hit it, right? :)
