How do I fix this?

I had made a character kind of a low level but I was with a group of guys that were making a village. I went to bed in my cabin and when I logged on someone had placed a claim on my cabin and now I can't move. WTF. I can still see the runestone I placed outside my cabin reading "Mastro's Cabin"

EDIT: It is no one within the village.

Turn on Criminal Acts. It's in the adventure tab.

Unless you have tresspassing, you probably won't be able to get out though. You'll need to have your chieftain or lawspeaker declaim the plot.

You can still walk through claims without trespass but you can't interact with objects or tiles even with criminal act unless you have trespass.
