Charter Stone blocked - No other exit.

Hey there,

So - yesterday I got killed by a couple of retarded russians, my first character that was, lots of time invested, but I hadn't played for long so I didn't mind too much of him being killed, I did mind it being done by russians though...

Anyway, so I started a new character and inherited a pathetic amount of 18k LP, got a name, got the items from the chest.. And then I noticed that the trapdoor was back, so I checked it out and there were several available charter stones, I tried one out and obviously it was abandoned. But I figured I might find something useful, so I was just about to leave "Tinkertown" which I had just went to, when I noticed that the charter stone was blocked by unfinished building signs... And the charter stone was on the inside of the wall, so I can't get out now...

What do I do?
