What to do for Unarmed Combat?

Hey guys, I don't know much about unarmed combat, so can someone please talk me through the things.

e.g. what move I should use, what attack, what level I need for which level animal.

approximately:

10 for ants
40 for foxes
80 for boars
100 for deer
200 for bears

Can I use unarmed combat if I'm wielding something? (axe, saw, torch, etc)

I believe it automatically counts in as melee combat, not quite sure.

it depends on what move you use, punch is unarmed, chop is melee.

Yes, you can use UA even if you're weilding an axe or saw or whatever. I've tried. The only "pure" UA attack is strangle which requires you to have nothing in your hands. Also, sab, you're wrong on the bears. I can easily kill bears with 120 UA

yeah to be honest you can kill them with 100 melee or unarmed if you know what you're doing
