How do I attack animals?

Hey guys, Don't tell me to read the Combat Guide because I already did. Well I have a axe in my hand and I right-clicked a fox and nothing came up. I DO NOT have the 'Punch' skill for some reason. The only thing in Combat I have is Manuevers > Dodge. Any help?

Okay, I learned Hunting but it still won't give me the Punch action, But it gave me the 'shoot' action that I can't use on anything..

I also got 'will to power' but it didn't give me ANYTHING.

Meanwhile, My stamina is full but I'm always in that crouch-like slow walk, What's the matter?

you don't have any combat skills and you're overstuffed i assume

Oh, and take a look at your hunger bar.

You learn to fight by getting Swimming and doing battle with the tides.

Yeah, I'm overstuffed. But I still want Punch.

Also what's 'Combat skill'? Isn't that hunting?

I fugured it all out. Now I'm going to go back online to see if anybody has stolen my boat yet, It has my favorite pet bunny in it!
