Disappearing Meatgrinder...

Postby HHG » Sun Oct 24, 2010 10:23 pm

Until today, I had made some nice food with a Ceramic meatgrinder I used with the meat of boars I killed. But today, it was mysteriously gone. I looked for scents and there weren't any, so it couldn't have been stolen. I live with my friend, but he said that he also doesn't know where it went and didn't move it. Has anyone else had this problem?

Btw, it was next to a loom if that helps, and both were inside, so it couldn't have decayed. Thanks

Depends on your exp*perc, since you have to roll against stealth of the one who potentially left scents.
And in case someone with access rights to the claim took it: no scents.
Not to speak of the case when the stuff was on unclaimed land...

Thanks for the advice, but I'm more than certain nobody took it. In that same house, I have scores of tin, Q90+ soil, and some high quality weapons, which I traded for, and massive amounts of silk cloth we made... I don't think someone would run into a broken section of my pasilade, go through a claim, and come into a room stocked with expensive items and decide they were going to take the meatgrinder.

That makes awfuleh good sense. But like me, They could've just wanted to take something low-quality so that the person wouldn't get too sad or anything.

Sometimes the low quality item that you can't replace is worth more than the high quality stuff that you have ready access to...
