How do I use the Hirds man helm, i made it and was pumped to wear that bad boy, sadly im not in the "hird".

What does this mean and how do i fix it?

You need to be one of two hirdsmen appointed by a chief, and the chief needs to be appointed by a lawspeaker. Basically, you have to be a member of a village.
