Whenever I put iron ore in the smelter it turns into chip stones, is there a remedy to this?

How do I use a tanning tub, what is the second level bar representing?

How do I light candles and torches?

1. A higher industry belief and luck
2. The Tanning material (Bark) 1 is enough to fill the bar
3. Right click on it after you have equipped it I think for torches, no clue on candles yet as my hive doesn't want to give me any wax.

Candles can only be lit after being attached to a candelabra or miner's helmet.

Curdling tub uses milk and vinegar.

For malted wheat, place wheat seeds on an herbalist's table until they germinate, then fire them in a kiln with one branch for fuel.
