How do raise stats

I'm curious, how do i raise skills, this is a bit to ask but a list would be nice

Skills you buy with LP on the character screen. It's all quite self-explanatory.

For stats, see the sticky thread "The Character Sheet" in this forum. The food chart linked there is down I think, so use the one on the wiki
