Identifying Leech Swamps

After I killed someone who tresspassed (sadly he was on), I took some damage. I'm far too lazy to go to nople to get some gauze, so could anyone tell me what Leech Swamps look like on the world map? Thanks.

they are green or grey blobs with no trees, or very few trees

the left one swamp was the very first swamp i found looong ago and there i have found my very first leech.

Both of them are swamps and have leeches.

Actually it was changed that all swamps now have leeches.
