How do they work exactly?

You take a road sign from a crossroad of your village, then you give it to somebody of a different village so they can attach it to their crossroad, preferably the Lawspeaker or the Chieftan. Then, either side can use the crossroad to teleport to the other village's crossroad. They need a certain amount of travel weariness determined by their agility and the distance between the two crossroads.
