How can i get farming skill and how do i get seeds?

You will need Oral Tradition, Foraging, and Plant lore to be able to buy the skill.

After that you will need to go foraging for Wild Windswen Weed (or whatever they're actually named), this will require about 10 exploration I believe.

Once you've gotten one, put it on either a drying rack or a Herbalist Table, once it has finished drying, you'll get a seed which you can plant.
