How to "kill" planted flax seeds ?

We do a big misstake while plow our fields. We do some flex between the wheet fields. now the wheed fild is to short to grow up.
How to kick that flax field ?
to make gras and remake field wont work. the flax still in.
destroy also dont work

you cant, until you harvest it.
There probly should be a way.
