Java Problem - Game doesn't start

Hi there,

I know that this subforum isn't the correct one to discuss Java problems, but
I'm really desperate because I try to start the game for 2 days.
I un- and reinstalled java, I definitely have the latest version and everything is installed correctly but I still get a error message when I try to start the game..

When I hit the Play button, no window opens. FireFox downloads the autohaven or the haven data and when I try to open it with the Java Web Start Launcher I get an error message like

"Corrupted Installation. Error with starting Java VM (SysExec)
C:\Program Files\.........\javaw.exe"

I translated it from the German error message so it might be abit unclear but I hope anyone of you still knows how to fix the problem.

Reinstalling Java didn't change anything and I also tried Internet Explorer but it didn't work, too.

What happens if you run the following command in Windows' command prompt?

Just tried it and again the same error message, which looks like that (that's German)

But I already uninstalled java, deleted the folder and installed the latest version without success.
