How do i heal the yellow bar?

How can i increase my yellow bar right where the HP bar is or im going to die I only got 42 hp

I have 34 HP, how can i regenerate HP?

BTT: You can either look out for a swamp and make sure some of your equipment slots are empty. After some time leeches will attach to those, draining a bit of your SHP and in 10% of the drains you will get lucky and get back a HHP. Make sure to be careful with the number of leeches with only so few HHP left, because once they drained all your SHP, they will start taking away the HHP.
Or you can try to find a four leave clover/tame a sheep to produce gauze. Take of your hat, right click the gauze on your head and attach it. You HHP will heal much quicker and more reliable than they would with leeches this way.

I just told you how to do that. The red bar are the SHP, you can increase those just by beeing well fed and waiting. For the yellow bar you need leeches or gauze.
