Cannot move - land is owned by someone

Hello.

I got small problem. I can´t move at all. I was traveling by stones and i get full Travel Weariness, but i found on iternet it affects only "quick" travelling, but i can´t move att all. Whenever i click, it says "land is owned by someone".

Can someone tell me what to do please ?

Or just put on criminal acts and walk off the claimed land.
