Help with land owning.

I dont understand the land owning system properly. Because when i change colors to a player he can still enter my zone. Please help. I have only markered all the boxes on the red color and other colors dont have nothing markered. When i change the player color to blue he CAN still enter the owned zone. (Player wasn't in party). And sometimes he cant come in the zone even if the color is all marked wich i set him.

People can enter your zone because he use "trepassing" but they can't take nothing
Until they get Thief

But alot of times a player walked in the zone even if he didnt have the color and didnt have criminal acts activated.
