I want to get one of my characters to the other, but I can't walk there nor do I have access to crossroads. Is there any other way?

Its just a quick tip, but if you want you could suicide by swimming and then just Reincarnate on their Hearthfire.
You will keep 50% of your total LP.

If not I would suggest run / take the boat.

I know that already, but I want to take my sword and armor with me.

Well if you can you could build a village claim with the character you want to get to. Become lawspeaker with that character then invite the character that you want to travel with to the village through partying with each other. You then destroy the travelling character's hearthfire, then use the "travel to village" feature. I know I explained it pretty bad, but until the better posters come online, it will have to do.

Also, I'm not sure about the travel to village part, you may need to log out first.

Also, if it is on the same account, you could make an alternative account to invite the travelling character instead.
