is agility the only way to increese shooting speed with bow?

use the combat mediation skill.

and agility doesnt effect speed, nothing does, except the attack your using and your combat manuever

thank you, but what means this: "Conditions: Three points of initiative" ? where can i see my initiative ?

these little coins appear in your 'combat'' tab, [like where it shows what attack your currently doing, and how long till your next attack]
they are your initative.
also, a little coin noise is made and a purple +1 appears above your head whenever you get em.

I believe agility does effect speed. I remember them saying something about it when bottleneck wanted to get all their people to have bunny slippers because they thought more agility made you move faster.

Agility is used by a few combat moves (Notably "Sidestep"), but apart from that it does nothing.
