How do I fill tanning tubs with water and bark?
Also, what kind of bark does it need?
And how do I fill a bucket with water?

Same procedure for everything: Pick item up from your inventory (bark, bucket of water) so that it sticks to your mouse cursor and then rightclick the tanning tub. You fill the bucket the same way at wells or rivers/lakes. Type of bark doesn't matter as far as I remember.
