cellar is ready, and now ?

i have now a cellar. i know that some cheese sort is making there.
what can i do more with that thing ?
the space is not very mutch. maybe i can make it bigger ?
everyone can come in.. that suxx ? i have a skill "locks & bolts" but i cant create locks or bolts.
can i make a lock for my house and cellar ?
if yes, how i can do this ?

im afraid locks and bolts only guives you the ability to make walls and the like. Which includes gates, which can be opened/closed only by people with keys.. or people willing to spend the effort/time to break them down [brickwalls are pretty freaken hard to break down].
Sadly, you cannot lock your house/cellar, hopefully sometime in the future that will be possible though.
As to what you can do with your cellar.. not a lot besides cheese-making and storing things.
Storing things is pretty useful. if you throw a claim on the door to the house, the house and cellar inside is claimed.

i have 1600m² claimed. so i dont need space in my house ^^

i heard something about things dont get bad or broken if i do that into my house, is that true ?

otherwhise my house is unusefull. hm okay, but now i know what to do to build it.

yea, stuff degrades outside.. inside a house or a mine it doesnt.

also my meat in basket degreades ?

nope.. but if the basket breaks [after some time it will outside] the meat will fall on the ground and then will disapear after awhile.
things last pretty long generally outside.. so unless you leave them for RL weeks, you wont run into problems.
