How much LP you have to grind per haven day to keep it's authority by yourself tho?

depends on how big you make it..Just normal everyday things should keep the initial area up if you do not make it any bigger

It isn't that hard to run a village alone, if its just a default size just doing your normal stuff should work.
If doing normal stuff doesn't work just raise your int, charisma and civilization stats, that will make normal stuff count for a lot more.

A little Smoking on the job will also help a bit in this area.
