Cant use my gauze

Im not useing any headwear.

I have used gauzes before and hadnt any problem at all, but now i try to put it in my head (in several different ways) and it doesnt fit

Raised my life to 141 with food and beliefs and my current yellow bar is at 111. I strip my self completly, and click on the gauze and then click on my head. Left button nor right button, nor dragging the gauze into a suquare instead of the character picture, nothing happens

Theres only 1 thing left to try, letting a boar humping me and loseing some red bar and then trying it again.

Any ideas?

Pick it up from your inventory, rightklick on your character in the world, not equipment window, and you get the option "treat head".
