Massive Lag of Death

Okay, so when I try to log on, I can get to havenandhearth.com just fine. I can log in in just fine, and I can hit "Play" with no problems. But once I get to the character select screen, all of the character backgrounds are white. When I choose one, H&H loads more slowly than it used to, and then when I finally get to the actual world to play, it lags like hell. Someone help?

I've noticed something similar to this. When I hit log in to last spotted it doesn't load. But it works fine with to hearth fire. I don't know if this will help you but please let me know.

I used the safe mode option on my computer and it worked out.
