Not everyone knows about the wiki, bitza.

Anyhow, the way to dry tobacco is to put it inside an herbalist table which takes about a day. You can look up more information on it in the links below.

Fresh leaf ----Herbalist Table---> Cured leaf -----Quern-----> Tobacco.
