Why do i keep randomly getting KOed?

The title. Its night, My character is very hungry, and has no SHP, or whatever you call it. And i keep randomly KOing...

you're probably taking damage from starving or a thorn in the foot

Oh, Problem solved, I had loads of leaches on my character. I thought they healed HHP, and damaged SHP... It seems to be the other way around, or Im mixed up with the health types.

You're mixed with the health types.

They heal Hard HP (you die if you run out) and damage Soft HP (you get KO'd if you run out).

if you have 0 shp they will ko you and do hhp damage...
