Barter stands, how do they work?

So I've used the search function and read the wiki and both arent very clear on everything.

I'm in nople and there are alot of stands(barter stands I believe). How do I use the ones that arent on the shore? It says I cant move onto that property because of the claim.
Do i need to trespass just to use those?

The stands in nople have a small portion off the claim so you can look at the goods and trade.

another question.



theres a item on the left and right in the stand. How do i know which items they want and what they are selling?

left what they sell, right what they want

An important note, the right one is the item they want, and the number there is the amount they want it in, per each of the left one, which is what their selling.
